STC/SM - March 2008 Featured Program

Taste Some Process, Technology, & Communication Soup, Sampling Online Goodies for Tech Writers!

featuring:

Mark Lockwood, technical writer at Relware and a technical writing instructor at Washtenaw Community College

From the short time frame to GoLive through the development process, online portfolios provide the ideal medium for technical writers to enhance personal and professional profiles. Through an examination of Mark's successful online portfolio, used for job searching, as well as other applications on-the-job and personal, practical techniques and opportunities for professional development are within your reach.

Mark will show us how he created his online portfolio and provide tips and techniques to help you create your own. We hope you can join us for an evening of learning and networking.
