Mark Lockwood is a full-time technical writer at RelWare and part-time instructor (technical writing) at Washtenaw Community College.
He is currently working as a technical writer in Farmington Hills for a software development firm serving the healthcare industry. Mark also teaches Technical Writing I, part-time at WCC.

Mark started in the field of technical communications during college, working as a technical writer starting in 2000, and earning a Bachelor of Science in Technical Communications with honors in 2002 from Eastern Michigan University.
