University of Michigan is looking for temporary
Performance Support Analysts.
Description:
This fast-paced, full-time challenging temporary position offers
the opportunity to work on project teams to develop technical training
and communications to support the University of Michigan’s enterprise
systems.
Analysts create deliverables in multiple formats including step-by-step
procedures, software simulations, and support documentation, following
established standards & methodology.
We are looking for people who:
• Are attentive to details and possess solid proofreading skills.
• Have demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software.
• Are able to work independently and proactively.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully
complete multiple tasks within established and changing deadlines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education
and experience
• Minimum 6 months related work experience
• Strong writing, editing and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint), a basic understanding of currently used Web tools,
and a demonstrated ability to learn new software is a must.
Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year experience developing
training curricula, user documentation, and/or communications.
Duration: Approximately 6 months
