About the Presenters

Debbie Littlepage was Global Director of the Project Management Office for a tier-one automotive supplier prior to joining a small consulting firm to establish a Project Management Practice earlier this year. In her new role, Debbie is specializing in 'Project Rescue'. Debbie believes that the key to successful programs/projects is communication. Global environments create unique challenges. Debbie has used SharePoint as a key collaboration tool to make sure that executives and team members get the information they need, when they need it - no matter where they are. Debbie earned her PMP from the Project Management Institute and her Bachelor of Science degree from Madonna University.


Sharon McDonnell has been an active member of the Southeastern Michigan chapter of STC for over eleven years, serving on the council for five of those years in roles such as Treasurer and Membership Manager, as well as working with the Webmaster for a year, and volunteering for various positions on the Programs committee. Sharon has written documentation and online help for various companies in southeastern Michigan, including Compuware, Creative Solutions, and Software Services Corporation. Sharon joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan as a contractor in January 2002 and was made a permanent employee in December 2003. She is working as the SharePoint administrator for her department and creates XML-based documents for internal and external users. Sharon earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University in English with a concentration in Technical Communication.
